We spent 5 days (4 nights) b&b at Memphis - it was a very enjoyable stay - room was spotless - cleaned and towels changed every day. Breakfast was great - plenty of choices to have a really good meal to start day. Hotel in an excellent position for trevi - Spanish steps and walk to colluseum etc. staff friendly and helpful. Great stay
The room was not ready when we got there, since we got there early. They offered we leave our bags but they sat in the lobby the whole time along with others'. The location is good, close to the metro and 5 mins from the Trevi Fountain.
The worst hotel I have ever visited in Europe. It is very far from being four stars. When we arrived we were carrying several suitcases, but the man at reception did not offer us the slightest help and was not even able to open one of the two pair of doors for us. The staff that serves breakfast is unfriendly, ungentle, aggressive. The breakfast buffet itself is poor and stingy (and the coffee tastes bad). The facilities are definitely not 4 stars (only 2 or maybe 3). The bathroom flooded after taking a shower (the shower screen was poorly sealed). Location is good but the hotel is not worth the money it costs. I wouldn't recommend it at all
