Jonathan at the front desk was an absolute life saver, was very accommodating and saved our evening despite not being guests
Jonathon and his team are friendly experienced and very good in multipal languages. I appreciated his careful storage of my bike and the serving of local beers at the bar. A clean and airy room, no noise, brilliant shower and great bed. The breakfast was comprehensive for a cyclist and the price reasonably reasonable. Made Libourne a much better place. 5 star.
We stayed here for 4 nights in May 2024. Modern, renovated rooms, comfortable bed and very helpful staff. An interesting option to defer daily cleaning and get a bar credit. We appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room and liquid soap in the bathrooms. The location on the river was excellent and we were within walking distance of good restaurants and an excellent wine store. We were on a cycling trip and there wasn't a bike rack to secure our bikes to so I've taken a star off the service rating. The towels in the bathroom were closer to sandpaper - almost no absorbency and the hairdryer was very hard to use - for which I've taken a star off the room rating. Breakfast was VERY expensive at €41 daily for two of us.
