Hotel Mercure Luxembourg Kikuoka Golf & Spa

Very nice hotel. We got sent to a room that was already occupied which was very weird because we walked in on a lady who was lying down comfortable in her own room! Then we got a great room with view of the golf court and we really enjoyed our one night stay. Spa area is great.

Lovely customer service at the reception. On the first night we asked for salad and a hamburger to be delivered to our room. Absolutely amazing food, outstanding room service (besides being overpriced) Coffee machine in the room, absolutely stunning swimming pool and hot tub, spectacular spa service, spacious area, golf field, etc. Gym is complete and the equipment are new, clean and well preserved. Breakfast is standard, quite great. Dinner was just okay. Very overpriced for the quantity served. Glad we had noodles in our room. Some flies at the restaurant, not sure if there is a way to get rid of them, sorry. But they were a bit annoying. Customer service was precious all the time. I recommend it. Luxembourg in general is a lovely place.

This is the second time we went but 10 years apart. It was still the same ambience. It's definitely a nice place to play golf and use the spa facilities. The room was spacious with a nice view. There are different saunas, a gym, a small pool, you can enjoy the greenery while using the bed chairs and lounge chairs in the relaxing room. There is a massage service. Breakfast was nice. Restaurant is nice with a lovely view. Despite being busy, you won't feel it. You can rent a bike for 4 hours to explore the area or have a walk around the hotel gardens ( golf area).
