I had a lovely stay at Hôtel Paris Boulogne. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located, but what really stood out was the warm and thoughtful service — especially from Rayan Chakroun. Rayan made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. He was kind, helpful, and always available with a smile. His attention to detail and genuine care made a real difference and added a personal touch to our stay. Thanks to him, our time at the hotel felt even more special. It’s always great to meet someone who clearly enjoys making guests feel at home. A big thank you to Rayan and the whole team — we’d be happy to come

The hotel is located in a quiet area, just 10 minutes from the metro and bus stations. There’s a hypermarket 25 minutes away on foot, and a small supermarket just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The staff was unfriendly, except for one young man during check-out, who left a good and pleasant impression. The apartment had a kitchen and utensils, but the selection was quite strange. First, there was no corkscrew. The reception gave us one in the evening, but requested that we return it immediately since it was their last one (it was a very basic wooden-handled corkscrew). Is it really that expensive to provide one in each room? There were also no spatulas for flipping food. The kitchen was on the balcony, and there was no light there at all. In fact, there was no ceiling light anywhere in the room, just two floor lamps—one of which didn’t work—by the bed. It felt like living in a cave. We booked the room for three people, but everything was set for two: two sets of towels, two chairs, two coffee capsules. The beds were made for three, but every day we received only two coffee capsules, and on the last day, they decided we didn’t need coffee at all. There was a dishwasher, but they only provided dishwasher tablets on the first day and didn’t add more on the following days, which was quite odd. The windows were drafty, and the room felt cold, even though it was 20°C outside, so I imagine it would be very chilly in winter. If you want to enjoy French pastries, I’d recommend staying closer to the city center, as the nearest bakery is 1.5 km away. On the bright side, the bed linen was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. There is also a luggage storage option available.

I am staying at the room 408. I’ve put the sign that no one enter my room. When I was back my necklace was stolen. A valuable necklace but a precious gift from My husband. I went to the reception the person was extremely rude and not helping. He saw me crying but ignored me and didn’t even care to pass my the manager or give me her name. What a disappointing experience. I do not recommend at all !!!!
