We chose to stay at the Mercure Toulouse as it was well situated and offered good family rooms. We were so impressed with the warm welcome on arrival in the early hours of the morning and the well presented room. The bunk beds were fantastic. The hotel was well located within a 15minute walk to the main area. We really enjoyed our stay.
All I have to say is this.... I absolutely LOVED my 4 nights in this wonderful hotel! All the staff were 1st class! Wonderful breakfast! Spotless room!
It was our first time in Toulouse and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful city. What made our visit perfect was the excellent customer service offered by your staff. From the reception, Alice and Cedric provided us with a warm welcome and information on key attractions within the city, and how to get there. Cedric went out of his way to help us. We also appreciated the kindness of Alina in the restaurant and the barman ( unfortunately, we did not get his name). The hotel location was excellent, very near to the metro and buses, or an easy 15-minute walk to the city centre. We did manage to learn a few French phrases. Thank you
