Modern, spotless rooms. Service was brilliant. We wanted to switch rooms as we wanted twin beds, which the reception staff couldn’t have been any more helpful and had our room ready two hours early. The AC was very good which is important in the summer. The location is absolutely worth paying as we were a five minute walk to the main square. Amazing hotel and stay, thank you Mercure!
A lovely hotel in the heart of Vienna. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room, while a little small, was still spacious enough for my needs and was well equipped in general. Also was very clean and tidy. The location is amazing - a short walking distance from the nearby metro station and also the stephanplatz church/plaza. While the breakfast did look nice, I opted to just go out and check out some of the many, many restaurants and cafes in the area. Service at the reception was also great no matter who I talked to. All in all, highly recommended!
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. On the first night, my room was quite warm, so I mentioned it to the team the next morning. They promptly checked the air conditioning and, within minutes, arranged for me to move to another room. Excellent service and responsiveness!
