Hotel Meridian

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Meridian! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—both at the reception desk and during breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean, with modern furniture, quality cosmetics, a kettle, and tea—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, with parking available and just a 15–20 minute walk to the city centre and great restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of choices, including delicious warm dishes like scrambled eggs, mushrooms, and fried cheese. We'd definitely stay here again!

For a 4 Stars I would expect more. Rooms are quite basic, but ok. Breakfast is also not bad, but not great either. Location is fine, quite near from the center, but on a high traffic street, hence quite noisy

Over the phone we were quoted 510 RON, at the front desk we were told it's actually 610 RON and upon check-out we were told it's going to be 630 RON. I don't know if this is a standard practice to get you to make a reservation but definitely will not return here again. Small rooms, small beds, not enough parking, and service is mediocre. /// T Response to the owner: at the time of the check-in the girl at the front desk told us that she's sorry but she thought I said there was only 2 adults and that's why she said there's going to be 100 RON extra. But upon check-out, the Clerk in the morning told us he's sorry AGAIN! but the Clerk on the night shift was wrong. It was actually 120 RON. So, we will not return to a place that misleads people into checking in to a place, only to find out that it's price will go upon check-out. Your customer service lacks professionalism. And your response shows exactly that.
