Hotel Messmer

The check-in/out staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent with enough options to satisfy anyone. We would definitely stay here again. The location is close enough to numerous activities and is right on a train line. It is a 5 minute walk to the Pfander mountain cable car and essentially right across the street from the lake. The only negatives are extremely minor. The parking garage under the hotel is small and the spaces can be challenging to get into. The pillows were very flat which is not likely a problem for most, but I found them extremely uncomfortable. It is expensive, although no more so than other hotels in the area. We did not consider it a great value for the amount we paid. But at least it was not more expensive than other hotels. But still, the positives are strong and we would choose to stay here again.

The hotel is well located and steps from an Augustiner restaurant, ice cream parlors, 200m from the Bondsee lake promenade. It's quiet and clean, it has a great staff. The breakfast is top-notch. The garage is usable and reasonably priced. The room was comfortable, quiet, good shower, and good AC. The breakfast at the garden was a high point for my wife.

Very happy with the room, helpful staff. Did not have a chance to sample the food because our stay was so brief. We logged onto the Wi-Fi, but were not able to access the internet. We used roaming instead. We're surprised that there was a sauna available, which we definitely would have used if we had had more time.
