Hotel Metropolitan Morioka

So convenient to access to the station. The room was upgraded and so cozy for two to stay. You can leave your luggage after checkout and enjoy visiting cities until your train departures.

Excellent hotel next to Morioka station. The room is cleaned and well maintained. Excellent service. We came and left our luggage in the afternoon and when we came back our luggage was in our rooms. Friendly staffs. The location of this hotel is amazing as it is located in the mall. To get to Morioka station is very easy and very short distance.

They told me the breakfast is 2000yen including tax per person in the email, but it's actually 2420yen when I pay for it, they didn't notice us the price is different before we ate the breakfast, they seems not welling to pay me back the money thay scammed, a very bad experience. I stayed for 3 nights and my plan did not including breakfast, so I keep asking them when should I pay for breakfast? I ask 4 times first time when I check-in, second time before eat the breakfast third time after I eat, forth time when I check-out. All the staff just keep telling me pay later, until I check-out they still didn't let me pay for it, so I ask them again, and it wasted me 20mins for them to check why I didn't pay for the meal...I I'm about to be late on shinkansen!!!!! Also I keep trying to book breakfast seat in advance, but they don't accept booking, so while we wait around 10mins I ask the staff how long we need to wait because it still gonna cost long time we would like to eat somewhere else. but he just tell us keep waiting in very formal way and walk away. They really need to be improve!!!!!!!
