We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Metropolitan! All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Lima, who kindly assisted us with storing our luggage after check-out, as our airport bus was scheduled for the evening and our flight was at midnight. We truly appreciated this extra level of service—it made a big difference for us. Overall, we are very grateful for the hospitality and care provided throughout our stay. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit and will gladly recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you again for the excellent service!
I stayed in Tokyo in 2024, and overall it was a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, although communication was a bit of a challenge at times. The entrance setup was a little confusing, and it took me a while to get familiar with it. That said, the atmosphere at night was very cozy, and the breakfast was more than enough. The room was quite small, but that’s understandable in Tokyo. Despite the size, it had everything I needed. Some of the bath amenities even exceeded my expectations. The intelligent bedding was a nice touch, too. In terms of location, it was close to the rail station, making it easy to reach both the airport and the city center. Price was a bit high. You might find similar prices in central Tokyo, but I’m not sure the quality would match. Overall, it was a decent and comfortable stay.
The location is perfect and very convenient, close to everything we needed. Most of the staff were helpful and kind, but unfortunately, the front desk wasn’t very friendly and seemed to lack a service mindset. The room was okay, a bit old, but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.
