This was my first time staying at this hotel, even though it was my fourth visit to Tokyo — and my first trip here with my child. I chose it mainly for its location right next to Tokyo Station, and I’m so glad I did. The hotel was quiet, the staff were amazing — always smiling, friendly, and helpful. The location made it super easy to call an Uber or hop on the subway. One big plus for families: there’s a clean, easy-to-use coin laundry downstairs with English instructions, which can be hard to find in Tokyo. We even left for five days to visit other cities, and the hotel kindly stored our luggage. When we returned, it was already placed in the room we had booked again — such thoughtful service. I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with kids. Just keep in mind it has more of a business-hotel vibe, so it’s best if your child can be calm and respectful in the common areas.
This was the perfect place to stay! It was right in the middle of the city and close to bus/train lines. It had a comfortable bed and a nice shower as well. I really enjoyed staying here. When I first got here I realized I booked the wrong month. The woman at the front let me know and helped me change my reservation. The view was breathtaking taking!!! I would definitely stay there again!
Awesome hotel with super friendly staff. Small comfy room but with essential amenities provided. Small fitness centre ( 2 treadmill and 2 cycling), self service laundry room, smoking booths at designated floors, vending machine, etc. Located at Tokyo Station and you can reach your hotel after you are out of the station (please note the station is huge! It depends which gate you exit). The con is that there isn't much shopping nearby. Have to walk at least 10mins and more to shop. Only good thing is having Tokyo station where there is Tokyo 1st avenue.
