Service in lobby fantastic, waiter Fatima was so helpful and friendly. Fantastic coffe, and felt very well cared. Very friendly stuff in general. Fully recommend

I keep forgetting to write a review, stayed there last week for two days, very helpful and friendly staff, shout out to Geles and Natalia. Gave me helpful information about transportation in the little beach towns of the Almeria province and I enjoyed playing pool.

The hotel on arrival looked 👌 but as we approached the sliding doors they were broken which wasn't the best start! The lobby was nice clean and full of history like a museum but there was little activity and no feel of a hotel environment. When we went for lunch the food was very basic with little choice and half of it was cold or room temperature. The rooms were very clean and spacious but the staff lacked moral and all looked sad 😔 We also had to arrange a cleaner to service our room as this wasn't carried out during our 2 night stay. Very disappointing considering it was a birthday treat 😕 In the end we had to find alternative eating arrangements as we could not risk being ill but the whole experience left a bad taste in out mouth. We were polite and courteous to all staff members even leaving tips when necessary. The pool was also nice but lacked any ambience!!
