We had such a great experience staying at Midtown Ratsada Hotel in Phuket! The service was amazing—staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also a huge plus. It’s right in the heart of Old Town, which made it super easy to walk to all the best local restaurants, cafes, and spa spots. Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient, and we really felt taken care of. This hotel definitely made a positive impact on our trip, and we’d 100% consider staying here again next time we’re in Phuket. Highly recommend!
A solid 4-star hotel. The reviews about the super friendly staff and cleanliness are true. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The only issue was the water pressure in the shower – it occasionally dropped but then returned to normal, which wasn’t a big problem. There’s no laundry service. The location is excellent. I recommend it – definitely worth the price.
We were pleased with our stay at Hotel Midtown Ratsada. It felt like good value in an excellent location. The bed was huge and exceptionally comfortable - the best bed of our entire Thailand trip! Pool area was nice, although noisy with nearby construction during our stay. Although super central, the hotel is tucked down a side street which reduces street noise and is convenient for getting picked up/dropped off. We would stay here again.
