Amazing hotel! Really recommend, it’s very beautiful and serene. Only minus is that I feel like the bedding + towels need an upgrade, they seem a little old.

Beautiful Facility with Great Potential, But Service Needs Serious Improvement We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The property itself is very impressive — it boasts a great location, spacious rooms, and lovely views. The kids' club was also a highlight; special thanks to Ms. Amelka, who was incredibly engaged and created a wonderful experience for the children — they truly didn’t want to leave. Unfortunately, the service fell far below our expectations for a five-star hotel. Upon arrival, the reception desk was completely unattended, which set a disappointing tone from the start. A few days prior to our visit, we submitted a special request and received confirmation that it had been forwarded to the reception staff. However, upon check-in, the staff had no knowledge of it. We asked for bed linen for our child — the request was ignored. Attempts to reach reception via the in-room phone and mobile went unanswered, and we had to walk down to the front desk ourselves to repeat the request in person. Throughout our stay, no housekeeping was provided. We only managed to get the waste bins emptied once, and that was upon request. The buffet dinner was another letdown. The selection was limited and not kid-friendly — all meat options were spicy. Our table was not properly set up despite there being only two or three other occupied tables. No drinks were offered, no waitress around. We asked manager for drinks and she was very nice to prepare it by herself for us. Overall, while the facility has great potential and some staff (are truly outstanding, the overall level of service urgently needs to be improved to meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment.

We went for our 20th wedding anniversary, we wrote about it in the chat. There are two beds, we asked for one, the first floor, we asked for the highest one! The Internet and TV did not work, we reported - ignore!! There was animal hair on the bed, long hair on the sheet, ours is very short! A spider was visiting, thank goodness it wasn't in the bed. The glass on the balcony is very dirty. The door jambs in the bathroom are peeled!!!The receptionists are not hospitable!!! We were the only ones at the reception!!! And only breakfasts, very tasty!!! Guys! A 5-star hotel!!! I do not recommend it
