Hotel Milam Michelin Key winner

Amazing hotel, super friendly service and stuff. Our stay here was excellent. Unfortunately we were ill during the first days of our stay and the hotel staff took good care of as same as the waiters. They organized a doctor as well and gave us the option to check out later as a treat. Everyone introduced themselves to us and was very caring. The rooms and the design of the hotel is extraordinary. You immediately feel zen. I was worried that the room might feel damp because of the pool but that’s not the case at all because the AC and everything one made very modern and high quality. The whole journey of our stay here was so beautiful I can only recommend staying here.

I absolutely love this hotel. I celebrated my birthday here with friends and the staff did such an amazing job taking care of us. Special thank you to Chef Gabriel for my delicious birthday dinner and to Mara, the absolute best concierge. She helped to bring this vision to life and I am so grateful.

I am a hotel connoisseur and Milam was nothing short of amazing. It’s VERY deserving of the Michelin Key. Ive stayed in fancy hotels all over the world and this one takes the cake. The concierge, wait staff, housekeeping and bar staff went above and beyond. Not to mentions the grounds. They immediately give you a sense of tranquility and people are always working to keep it meticulously maintained. A week before our arrival they reached out to see if we had any special requests and they continued to be of service the entire time. I highly recommend all the wellness activities - even the cold plunge! We were super scared but Elise prepared us perfectly for the experience! The only downside was my bedroom in residence 2 had no hot water in the shower - and I mentioned it to staff a few times but it never got hot. I was able to overlook it because everything else was magical. I will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you for a great stay!!!
