Hotel Milano Palmanova

The rooms aren’t exactly great, I mean you get what you pay for which was roughly 150€ pp for 3 nights. We were initially given the wrong room but they promptly changed it for us and their service was great. The rooms are just about all right. The Aircon isn’t great, bathrooms are very mediocre, crappy toilet lid, shower was not the best, broken cupboards etc. it was functional at the very least. The room service wasn’t amazing either, they would replace some towels and not even change the bedding just tidy the beds up. Overall the location is great, just a 25 minute metro to central Milan with the station very close by. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for so we weren’t too bothered but there is defo room for improving.

Aircon was set at 26 degrees which is too hot and in the room it was even hotter. The pillow was not good and there was no proper blanket. The hotel is in need of renovation. No sound insolation of whatsoever. Metro was in 100m which is a big plus

+35 degrees outside the window, the air conditioner is not working. You can't open the windows because the room is immediately full of mosquitoes. There is no hot water. The rooms are a tragedy. Breakfast: boiled eggs, some kind of pizza warmed up in the microwave, buns and cake from around the corner. A real nightmare. Stay as far away as possible.
