Firstly, I want to thank the staff for their generosity and kindness. They helped us in every way possible. Secondly, the hotel is very close to the beach, the breakfast is very good with lots of options to choose from and the hotel also has sauna and jacuzzi, but we didn’t use any of those. We had a nice experience here.
We stayed at Millenium in Budva, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet basic expectations — especially in terms of cleanliness and comfort. ❌ What went wrong: • Housekeeping was unacceptable: • The room wasn’t cleaned properly. • The outdoor table stayed dirty the whole stay. • When we called the reception and asked to change the cups, they told us we can come and take from the restaurant. • Cheap soap in the bathroom — the same one used for hands, shower, and hair. • Poor breakfast quality. ✅ The good things: • Available parking • Kind staff • Good location
A hotel in an excellent location and close to the beach and the promenade. The hotel is not suitable for groups because a bus cannot reach the hotel and you have to cross three roads with heavy traffic and drag your luggage with you for about 100 meters. The hotel is on both sides of an internal road and after receiving the rooms you have to cross a road again to reach the other part of the hotel. The room we were given the refrigerator did not work and I asked to fix it or replace it. The girl at the reception gives poor and very unpleasant service. She explained to me that even if I had a refrigerator in the room, I was not allowed to put my personal things in it to cool, but only things I buy at the hotel... Unparalleled insolence (I had to have a refrigerator for medication!! There were no towels in the room, the soap in the container next to the sink was empty and you had to get soap from the container in the shower, on the balcony there was dirt/garbage from cake leftovers that were probably left over from the previous guests... Good breakfast, reasonable dinner, nothing more. I do not recommend this hotel at all!!
