This is a really nice, clean hotel. My family of 3 stayed here a night to rest. The receptionist is professional. There's also a gentleman who helped us with our bags who is really helpful as well. Everyone is so kind. I liked the fact that they have parking inside where your vehicle is protected and have security to watch your vehicle as well.
My family and I stayed here for about 2 weeks and we are more than satisfied with the attention we received and the quality of the hotel itself. All the staff was super helpful including Ms. Karina in the front desk that would always go above and beyond to help with any question or doubt we had. We only had one small complain that it would help if the beds were queen and not full . Other than that we are very grateful to everyone in this hotel. Thank You . Saenz family.
Nice new modern hotel but over priced for the city. Over $100 (US) per night yet very few amenities. No pool, no restaurant. Nice rooftop terrace but no shade and the furniture is always covered. Rooms are nice but for some reason they purchased cardboard sheets.
