Very nice hotel with everything very clean.The rooms are very nice. Nice breakfast buffet and the dinner was strange because it's a Chinese restaurant but it's something different that I liked.
Lady on reception was a bit miserable. Spa on -1 or -2 floor wasn’t working either. Shower and a serious leak coming from somewhere and the bathroom floor was constantly soaked. Shower was pathetic
We stayed at this hotel for one night, and while the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom facilities were a major disappointment. The shower didn’t work, there was no plug for the bath, and the sink didn’t drain properly, meaning it filled up every time we used the tap. We brought these issues to the front desk upon checkout and requested a partial refund due to the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the staff member was dismissive and outright refused. While we appreciated the comfortable bed, the lack of basic functioning amenities and poor customer service left us disappointed
