A wonderful hotel! The welcome and check-in were friendly and efficient. The reception team were amazing! Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Hotel was peaceful despite being close to the station and main road, didn't notice any noise. The bar was comfortable and a great way to relax. We look forward to visiting this hotel again next time we are in Lausanne.
Very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast and friendly, professional staff. The location is convenient — close to the train station and city center. The room was clean and comfortable. One downside was the noise from the busy street, especially with the window open. Also, parking is not on-site and costs 25 CHF per day, which could be more convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value.
My experience, summer 2025. Solo traveller, business trip, 7 days. Pros: Excellent location near the train station. Comfortable rooms with reliable AC and heating. Cons: Internet, outdated log-in system requires frequent re-authentication every hour or two. Cleaning only happens early in the morning.Wake up early or no cleaning.😂 "Gym" is a minimal room with just one machine and a small cardio area. No ramp at the entrance, stairs only, no porter. Tricky with heavy luggage. Reviews mainly by local guides.
