Hotel with good facilities, a nice pool, and a good variety of food. It's relatively close to the beach, just a short walk away. The best part of the hotel is undoubtedly the animation team, Polly, Marti e Aisi, who are entertaining from morning to night. As Portuguese vacationers in Golden Sands, they made sure we felt included and broke down the language barrier.

We had a really good time at our graduation vacation and the rooms were clean and cozy:)) had a nice pool and ocean view and a big balcony and we didn’t pay much for all inclusive. when we arrived our bathroom smelled weird but after telling the reception staff they immediately took care of it :) but the best thing was probably hanging out with the animator Polly, who was super opened up, sweet, energetic and made our stay so much more fun and entertaining!!

We recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel and had an overall decent experience, but I wouldn’t return and definitely don’t think it deserves 4 stars. The staff were friendly and the entertainment team did a great job, which made parts of our stay enjoyable. The food was good, though the variety was limited and became repetitive after a few days. Unfortunately, the negatives stood out more. The rooms are very dated, and the hallways are in poor condition, giving a neglected feel overall. The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel, and getting to the beach requires going down a lot of stairs, which isn’t ideal — especially with rubbish scattered around the path. Once you get to the beach, you have to pay extra for a sunbed, which was disappointing considering it’s supposed to be all-inclusive. Also you have to pay for drinking water on rooms and the cleaning is quite superficial. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but for the price and rating, I expected more. I won’t be returning.
