Hotel Mirador de Chamartin

I’ve been staying at Hotel Mirador from Sunday and will be here until next Saturday. So far, it’s been a pleasant experience. The location is ideal — just 500 meters from the metro station and also about 500 meters from my office at Dulce Chacón, 55, which makes commuting extremely easy. What I especially like is how peaceful and well-connected the area is. Despite being so close to everything, it feels calm and relaxed. There’s even a beach within walking distance, which is perfect for a quick getaway after work. The hotel also seems to be a preferred choice for many of our business partners, who often come here for meetings and stays. So whether you’re planning a short visit or a longer stay, Hotel Mirador is a solid choice. They provide access to a swimming pool and a gym, which is a big plus. I also requested a kettle for the room, and the staff was happy to arrange it. For anything else, you can just ask — the team here is helpful. Overall, I’d say it’s a comfortable and convenient place, well-suited for both business and leisure travelers.

Hotel is nice unfortunately a couple of points I need to point out. Firstly if you want safe parking it comes at a cost to park your vehicle at the hotel at 14 euros per day. Secondly noise is an issue coming from the ally way by the hotel. Also we had a room in our room which was confusing when I asked I was told it's a small kitchen which is a further 15 euros per day???

Don't get fooled by the room pictures on the website/booking.com! We have book two delux premium rooms and we have received something completely different in style, furniture, materials, bathroom etc. It was far far away from what we have seen on the pictures, and far way from 4-stars standard. We complained to the reception, but they denied either to change the room or compensate us. The location is a bit remote, its ~30-40 minutes by metro to the city center and ~20 min to the airport. On the other hand its quite calm and green.
