Hotel Mirage Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Great hotel. Very kind staff, rooms with AC cleaning daily, stable wifi connection in rooms and hotel area. Delicious breakfast with wide selection. 30min from center by tram nr 1. Nearby a lot of restaurants opened till late hours.

My wife and I wanted to stay outside of Milan to avoid the traffic. This hotel is right next to a tram stop that is 30 minutes to downtown Milan. The hotel is average, but a great value. The staff has been very nice and we recommend the hotel for budget conscious travelers.

Hotel expectations didn’t match the price pout for the week. We paid on average €300 per night !! But the rooms were small, dark, stains on the walls. At night, expect to be woken up by the electronic door open buzzers that rattles across all rooms on the floor The breakfast quality was way below par for the price point The restaurant and bar again was below par - would recommend going to local bistros for food. Highly recommend L’Imagine which was about a 5 min walk. Exceeded 5* Parking was also bad, I had a fully electric hire car, and due to ‘fire risks’ I couldn’t keep it at the hotel, had to park on the street which had limited parking (and pretty sure the sign said it was a 2 hour max stay, but I risked it for 2 nights and was ok). The staff were friendly however, so that’s a positive.
