Hotel Miramare

We stayed for two nights at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and the service is exceptional — at a European level. The facilities are excellent: there’s a pool, sauna, gym, and not to mention the breakfast — incredibly good, with a wide variety of options, including salmon and champagne. The hotel also has a wonderful view of the Adriatic coast, which makes the stay even more special. I highly recommend it; it’s definitely a hotel worth staying at.

The entire experience was flawless, and what truly made it stand out was the incredible staff who went above and beyond in every possible way. The reception team was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether we had questions about local attractions, transport, or simply needed directions, their friendliness and efficiency made everything easy and stress-free. The waiters in the hotel restaurant were simply outstanding—attentive without being intrusive, always courteous, and genuinely kind. Each meal felt special, not just because of the delicious food, but because of the atmosphere they created with their exceptional service. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention for their dedication and attention to detail. Our room was spotless every day, and we often returned to find thoughtful little touches that made us feel truly cared for. They work so hard behind the scenes and their efforts do not go unnoticed. Even the technician, whom we had the pleasure of meeting when we had a small issue with the fridge, was incredibly professional, quick to respond, and very polite. It’s rare to see such consistent excellence across all departments of a hotel. Hotel Miramare is not just a beautiful place in a stunning location—it’s run by people who clearly care deeply about the guest experience. We are so grateful for the kindness and hospitality shown to us by everyone here. We can’t wait to return! We will also stay Le Premier Zagreb again (same owner). Great hotels 10/10. Extraordinary location. Pleasant staff at reception as well in the restaurant. Food in the restaurant is awesome. Who doesn’t want to go to the beach there is a pool so you can relax there and also in spa and gym. Really tidy and clean
