Fantastic location cannot be closer to the sea! Very nice hotel. Rooms have a great sea. View and the staff are super helpful. Shout out to Pietro and Luigi who went out of their way to ensure we’ve had an enjoyable stay
What a little gem of a hotel! We are unfamiliar with the area so by luck, we reserved a room. The rooms were very clean, bright and comfortable. The hotel staff were so friendly….even though we know little Italian. They spoke English for our benefit or were patient to work through the language barrier. Great location for access to many restaurants. The oceanside patio for drinks was stunning. We came back just for drinks on another evening so we could enjoy the view and great drinks. I highly recommend!
Definitely not a 4* sup as announced on the hotel wall. The welcome by the staff is very cold, if you are disabled or have a trolley it’s very complicated to enter the hotel (the ramp is currently closed). The classic rooms are inaccessible else than with stairs. Rooms are spacious but lack 4* amenities (no coffee machine in the room you have to survive with a basic coffee powder and twinnings breakfast, no conditioner, just basic soap to do it all, no sleepers, no tissues). The shower is small and just okeyish (you need to wait 5 min after your shower so that the water goes out). No welcome water (2,50€ for a half bottle from the mini bar). There is no direct access to the beach, just a swimming pool (but check the time of opening, because at the time I was there I was kick out at 6pm…) Noisy in the morning from 7am and in the evening till late if you are unluckily placed on the lower floor (they do parties on Saturdays…) Worse part is the parking. No chance to park around, be ready to have to carry your bags and suitcase yourself. The excuse is that “we are on the sea front”. The parking for the night in the parking nearby is 25€ and you need to park further away in case there is a party at the hotel… at least they have mosquito repellent in the room and good pressure on the shower. Probably better hotel in the area if you want to be near Pompéi and the Amalfi coast. Definitely not worth my money.
