I'm on a Dolomite hiking trip from the U.S. The lady in glasses is so kind and caring. Thank you. The room is also cookable and has a very spacious and beautiful veranda.
Check in was about 20 minutes and they had our passports the entire time. The hotel hallways had a unpleasant smell. The price wasnt matching the service AT ALL. A waste of money. I couldve had a better time in jail. The rooms were terrible, had a moldy smell and the furtinure wasnt very great to look at. There were almost no parking spots, and if you wanted to park underground it would be 30 euros. One of the rooms we had was a total mess, the staff forgot to clean it. Wow. Atleast we got two sparkling waters which were a "present" from them. They probably added the price beforehand in the room price. The wifi did not work at all, surprised they even gave us a password. Overall, terrible experience and i would not recommend it to anyone. The 4 stars they had were completely undeserved i would at best give it a 1.5 stars.
25 € / persons for breakfast ! We were not guest but It's abusing
