Went there after the first day of Christmas while Poiana was packed but thanks to the location this was no issue for us. We would go out the hotel, cross the parking lot and reach the slope to take the kids to ski. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The rooms are very well heated so we needed to keep the radiators off most of the time. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was varied. The staff was super friendly. On the negative side: prices are a bit high for RO and we also needed to pay separately for the coffee in the room, lol
Huge, cozy rooms. Comfortable bed, a bit soft for my taste, still slept well during the 4 nights we stayed there. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful with the things we asked from them. Location is ideal, as it is literally next to the gondola.
We used parking service: cost was 15 ron per hour. We stayed for 62 minutes. They asked for two hours.
