Hotel Mistral Sport

Place is nice we spend our weekend here and in our first night we didn't sleep well because its noisy but breakfast is good 👌

We stayed in a suite for three days. Overall, the hotel isn’t bad, but there are numerous minor issues that require attention. Many lights in the room had one or two bulbs that weren’t working, one of the two AC units didn’t function in heat mode, and the leather on the sofa appeared dirty. Surprisingly, the room featured two TVs, yet neither supported YouTube or screen mirroring – quite unexpected for 2023. Additionally, there was a wire protruding from the wall. The spa had similar issues, with a shower near the saunas having a broken nozzle. Is it truly that challenging for a hotel of this size to address such matters? The hammam wasn’t hot at all. The quality of breakfast varied daily, but most dishes in the restaurant were tasty.

To be frankly, that was a terrible experience in terms of customer service. The reception is super junior as they could not even manage reservation details properly. We booked the room for 2 days. After the 1st day, they called our room at 12pm reminding us check-out is @12pm with an aggressive tone. We said our booking is for 2 days and she told back she cannot find our reservation in the system (even though I gave the full details on the phone - NO, WE WERE ASKED TO GO DOWN AND SHOW OUR RESERVATION DETAILS TO THE RECEPTION. Guess what: Once we were downstairs, she just smiled at me and said I do not need to worry as she found our reservations - even without apologies!!! On top of that, while having these discussions, we did not get any room cleaning because it was already late that maids left.. I could not make them understand that was their fault thinking we were leaving the hotel after a night.. Meanwhile, we ordered 2 cappuccinos in the restaurant and I told waiter to charge the fee in our room that was OK for him. On top She told me we have to pay coffee immediately in the restaurant - obviously they are not coordinated well enough... Besides their poor management system and operational burdens, I am super dissatisfied with the employee attitude which is not acceptable. You cannot just be rude to your guests as you are charging 110 EUR per night!!! Sorry, but think 3 times before booking this hotel. Facility points of view, this is nice environment in terms of green areas, relaxing in sunny days. However, their spa area (sauna, pool, jakuzi) is so small that you cannot relax and enjoy in the evening as area is super crowded. The only highlight I could think of is the breakfast as I found it not bad and options are good enough. Nevertheless, in a nutshell, price/performance is super low, so I do not think it is overall worthwhile to stay there!
