Hotel Mitterplatt

Top hotel: location, view, quiet, service, very friendly and helpful owners and staff that don't change constantly. Permanent staff, which speaks volumes about the work atmosphere. You can ask them anything. It was our fourth time and we've already booked for next year. The entire hotel is very neat and clean, the rooms are perfectly maintained, everything is always nicely replenished, and nothing is forgotten. Breakfast is perfect, with plenty of choice, everything is there, from freshly baked eggs to your liking, pancakes, etc. The restaurant offers incredibly delicious food, fresh dishes with plenty of choice, a feast for the eyes and palate. Theme nights, sometimes live cooking, never the same thing twice in the four years we've been here. We don't speak German, so they create an English menu and activities menu especially for us. The pool and wellness center are in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle. Nothing to complain about, simply a top hotel. You don't have to worry about anything, just enjoy.

This is our first time here based on a recommendation and it is really, really nice. Nice rooms with great views, nice wellness area with pool. You can also go to the other building (Schenna Resort) and use the spa area. The food is to die for. The staff is also very nice. Gladly again.

This is our second time here. A beautiful hotel resort with exceptional views, ambiance, service, and cuisine. The location is simply perfect. Merano is just 15 minutes away, and the town of Schenna is also lovely. The local options are numerous: hiking, sightseeing tours, e-biking, shopping, wellness, relaxation, and enjoyment. We love it!
