Hotel Mizar

I stayed here in June 2025 as part of a sightseeing tour with Leger. I had a room on the ground floor with a large double bed and a huge bathroom. I think that my room was one of the few to have a working safe as when talking to my fellow adventurers, theirs were disconnected. My fridge also didn't work. I don't know if the aircon did as thankfully it wasn't so hot that I needed to use it, but the shower worked, the room was clean and comfy and I wasn't in it much anyway apart from to sleep and get washed. The sockets in the room didn't fit my European adapter, but you could rent an adapter from reception for 10 Euros which was returned to you when you returned the adapter. The pool area and bar area was really nice and any spare time I had I spent round the pool. It is just a typical Italian low budget hotel. Charming but rundown. The food that we had however was delish. It was a continental breakfast with fruit, cereal, pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, cold meats etc. We were on trips every day so ate out for dinner. Tea was five courses. Soup, then a small pasta dish, then your main meal, usually a meat, fish or vegetarian dish, then a salad course and then dessert. It wasn't gourmet food, but it was hot and tasty. I would have liked a few more vegetables, but that was my only quibble. The staff were pleasant and obliging, especially the young woman on reception and the young lad who ran the bar. It was a good location for travelling to the trips we had planned. There were some restaurants around, but they were a good 15 mins walk away. As we ate in the hotel, it wasn't an issue for me. There is a very good cafe opposite that serves amazing ice cream, tea, coffee and alcoholic beverages.

literally the worst hotel i’ve ever been to. only 2 outlets in the room, no ventilation, the drain in the shower is clogged up to the point where it takes like 15 minutes for the shower water to drain, cracks in the wall, a mini fridge that doesn’t work, and the service is trash. don’t go here.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. This is a 2 star hotel for sure. The air cons are not functioning in most of the rooms, many guests were complaining about it. Hotel service is pathetic. No action taken to fix aircon issues. They must close this business or else all customers will eventually desert this place. No ramp to bring the luggage to ground level, had to use stairs with heavy luggage. Painful experience
