A Magical Winter Retreat … My husband and I had the most magical two days at Hotel Mohnenfluh in Oberlech. Nestled on the slopes amidst stunning snow-covered mountains, this hotel offers an idyllic and serene escape. The location is unbeatable – right next to the ski lift, making it incredibly convenient for ski enthusiasts, while the secluded setting bathes the area in sunshine all day long. The hotel itself exudes charm and comfort, with a delightful spa section that provided the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the dining experience was truly exceptional. Dinner was a highlight, beginning with a fresh and varied salad buffet, followed by a delicious soup, a main course that was both exquisite and customizable, and finishing with an outstanding dessert. Every meal felt like a celebration of flavors and creativity. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway and would recommend Hotel Mohnenfluh to anyone seeking a luxurious, peaceful, and magical mountain retreat. We’re already looking forward to returning!

We have been staying at the Hotel Mohnenfluh over the weekend with some friends. It wad really amazing. We had a lot of fun and went skiing everyday.

With this beautiful view, one cannot say anything. Though to sit at a table and to be nearly hit from heavy iced snow blocks from the roof , was an awful experience. We even moved away and again heavy ice blocks fell directly on my chair, were i had left a second ago. Even talking to waiters , we got answers , that the manager knows about this ! … no apologies and no sign from the manager , although he was present and that time . Not nice experience for us. Hopefully they‘ll fix the problem without other guests getting hurt .
