We got married here and have been four times. This is simply one of the worlds best finds. The team here are simply wonderful, every single one is top of their game in hospitality. The food, the breakfast, the quality is absolutely incredible. The Olive is about the most premier you will find anywhere in the world and is award winning. To Fernando, his family and his whole team we will be back again and again and again until we are too old to travel.

Incredible. We stayed there for our mini-moon right after our wedding, and we were so happy we kept extending our stay. Hotel Molino del Arco is a little piece of heaven, tucked away in the province of Ronda. The house has true character and you can tell just how much Fabio & Fernando are passionate about hosting when they walk you through the property. From the incredible bedding to the beautiful salons, the Alhambra-inspired garden and the peaceful swimming pools, everything is curated with care. The staff are exceptional, with a reception that doubles up as your concierge for your stay. The restaurant serves up delicious meals (highly recommend their meat & selection of wines, and their home-made jams & olive oil). Thank you for the warm hospitality, we can’t wait to be back!

Overall, our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and most of the people staff were friendly and professional. However, unfortunately, one experience negatively affected the overall impression of our visit. One of the staff members serving breakfast responded to our polite questions in a very passive-aggressive and dismissive manner, repeatedly saying “One moment, please” with a visibly irritated attitude. It was disappointing and made us feel uncomfortable. Such behavior really took away from the otherwise enjoyable experience we had at your hotel. I strongly believe that proper training in customer service, especially in how to approach guests with kindness and a welcoming attitude, would make a significant difference. Thank you for your hospitality overall, but I hope you consider improving this aspect for future guests.
