Mariam from the reception and the hotel manager they were amazing. Thank you for making our stay cozy and comfortable. we booked the Junior Suite (no. 700) which we planned to stay for two nights and ended up staying for eight nights. we just wish if there was Room service (in room dining) for those days when it was to late or when we were to lazy to get out to eat. (on those days we've ordered from bolt) location was great it was a walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go.
Great hotel! It’s super clean and has the best staff ever. Alex and Salome at the front desk were incredibly helpful. We stayed in their family room, which was spacious and comfortable. We were visiting Georgia for our son’s second birthday, and the front desk staff surprised him with a cake and balloons — such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you Monarch Hotel!
During our visit to Batumi, we stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and had a great experience. The location was excellent — within walking distance of all the main attractions and in a beautiful neighborhood. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful; we had a medical situation during our stay, and they helped us find a hospital and arrange a taxi. We truly appreciated their kindness and support.”
