Beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms and amenities. Easy to access from the train station and walking distance to major tourist areas. Our room had a view of the Cathedral that was beautiful. Comfortable rooms that were quiet and curtains created perfect darkness, even when it was bright outside. Staff was helpful and professional. Very helpful that they will hold your luggage at check-in/out so you can go explore without dragging your belongings. Highly recommend!

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we checked in, Lena at the reception made us feel truly welcome. We were given a lovely room with a beautiful view… it was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised with a handwritten welcome card and a selection of fresh fruit from the staff, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the city center, just next to the cathedral, making it incredibly easy to explore Cologne on foot. As part of the Accor group, this hotel truly lives up to the high standards of service and hospitality you’d expect. A big thank you to Max, Lena, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

Fabulous location with cathedral views perfect in city centre. Lovely staff super helpful & friendly. Lovely bright rooms so clean and great quality hospitality tray and bathroom products everything you needed Great onsite restaurant and bar. Lovely touch gift shop with refreshments and snacks to purchase.
