Hotel Mondial am Kurfürstendamm

The hotel staff really made this stay memorable for me. Not only was the service efficient and polite, but they also remembered small details—like how I like my coffee or my room temperature preferences. That kind of attentiveness goes a long way. The room was clean and well-lit, with modern furnishings and an extremely comfortable mattress. There was also a small desk, which was perfect for when I needed to get some work done. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. I enjoyed the rooftop bar in the evenings—it offered an incredible sunset view and a relaxing vibe. It’s clear the management puts effort into maintaining high standards here. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay. Breakfast was one of the best selections I've seen at the hotels. Hallway smell a bit overwhelming but everything else is great.

Disappointed with My Stay at NH Hotel Kurfürstendamm Unfortunately, my experience at NH Hotel Kurfürstendamm did not meet expectations. Room Assignment Without Transparency: I was placed in the “Eastern” building without being informed during booking. This section is considerably harder to access, requiring a long and inconvenient walk. Such important information should be clearly communicated upfront. Lack of Housekeeping Service: Despite staying for two nights, my room was not cleaned or replenished at all during my stay. I expected at least a basic level of housekeeping service. Inadequate Amenities: Only 0.5L of water was provided for the entire two-night stay — with no refill. When I asked for more water, I was charged €4.50 for another 0.5L bottle at reception. This felt excessive, especially with no alternatives available late at night. There are many better options in the area offering more transparency, better service, and fairer pricing. I will not be choosing NH Hotels again for future stays in Berlin.
