Your reviews  Hotel Mont Gueliz Marrakech, Morocco Do not recommend August 2024 The only good thing about this "hotel" is the location which is around 40mins walk from the main square with many good restaurants around. The biggest problem is staff, who doesn't speak any English or French. Their attitude also isn't great although this would not be a problem if everything would be fine. The housekeeping doesn't exist. Room has been sort of cleaned only once in a week. Had to ask for towels in reception. Food basically doesn't exist in the restaurant. No self service and no communication so you get a random thing served with no choice at all. We only tried it once and then didn't even bother going to the restaurant. We didn't expect much from this cheap hotel but it was even worse than we have thought. Kind of hostel experience. Pool at the top is a nice feature as there are no other attractions in the hotel itself. There are many better places in marrakech for similar price so we will never get back in there.

Well what can I say the worst and I mean the worst Hotel I’ve ever not stayed in 😂 I walked out after about 1hour Staff RUDE Room Filthy, broken mirror on the floor Mold in the wardrobe 1 dirty towel for 2 guests toilet seat hanging off shower door broken 1 pillow 1 sheet on the bed no glass to have a drink from,side lights on wall hanging dangerously off Then my daughter who lives in Marrakesh came to visit the guy at desk said it was ok then after 30 mins he rang the room shouting very angry saying she got to go it’s policy she can’t be here I asked to see the rules nothing was shown to me I asked for a manager or my holiday rep to speak to he just kept saying no go go then to top it off I used the toilet in reception their was an English man in there having a strip wash with baby wipes as the water in his room was cold absolutely diabolical I left at this point I will never go here again and I visit Morocco at least 5 times a year 😡

The man in the Currency exchange dump He didn't treat us in a good way today . I came to change Mony € to mad and he say that they close . And after moment A foreign man came and exchanged currency for him. I didn't feel good . It's just because we are Moroccan . After I back to him and he was make Chang for me . Because I tell why this man you change for him and me now . It's happening today 26/11/2024 at 15:30
