My son and I stayed here for a weekend of skiing in February. It is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel with excellent service, very nice rooms, and a wonderful little spa. Easy walking distance from the Grandes Montets lifts. Very nice atmosphere and the owners are very nice. My son fell in the lift parking lot, and the owner kindly offered to wash his ski pants. Really lovely. Highly recommended. Not super fancy, but perfect for a ski trip.

Stayed here for 4 days in between Christmas and New Year. The hotel is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a suite which was a good enough size. The rooms are a wonderful french chalet style but very modern. The bathroom was lovely with a spa bath and separate rain shower. The hotel itself is small which is nice. you see the owners around all the time working hard and looking after people which is also really nice. It is out of the center of Chamonix but in its own small village which has plenty of amenities and good links. It is lovely and quite and peaceful. There is a bus service around a 4-5 minute walk away (in ski boots) which links to the other areas and the grand Montets lift is in the same location. The buses are always really busy but there is no way around that in Chamonix. I would recommend if you are going into Chamonix and are wearing walking boots (rather than ski boots) getting the train in from Argentiere which runs ever hour and Costs around £3 and is no where near as busy as the bus and takes around the same amount of time. All in all, this is one of the best quality hotels I have ever stayed in. It was a lovely lovely place. Highly recommend and would certainly go back.

Extremely mean and inhospitable host at front desk. My wife and I walked into this hotel to get information about the visiting the spa (which is open to the public) and politely ask for some travel advice in my passable French. The woman who "greeted" us was excessively rude and fired off various unprovoked expletives within 30 seconds of us entering the place. We've encountered such friendly people everywhere else we've been in this amazing valley - there are much better vibes at countless other establishments here.
