I am satisfied with the spa. An incredibly relaxing experience! ✅ The perfect place to relax! Sauna steam bath - comfortable and well maintained.

Friendly staff! The hotel has only a few "service subscription" parking spaces, and if they are occupied, guests are forced to park in the paid "Blue Zone" or in a paid parking lot, which makes the stay even more expensive and inconvenient! The room was clean but the AC never got it warm enough during the two days we were at the hotel. Unfortunately, hot water in the morning at least until 10 o'clock is a mirage - it simply does not exist and the excuse is an accident, but as can be seen from the reviews of other guests, this is a constant practice! On our arrival on Friday afternoon there was no hot water either! The pool and hot tub are good but the spa area is cold. The breakfast is satisfactory, but not at the level of a 4-star hotel. The buffet dinner is deplorable and at the level of a canteen, and to the question "Why is such a dinner offered?" the staff replies "The boss decides!". The prices in the menu of the restaurant, from which you can order after the dinner is meager, are like for a 4 star hotel, but the quality of the food certainly does not match them! Overall - good idea, good hotel location, but nothing more for the price guests pay for their stay!
