Hotel Montemare

This hotel is wonderfully situated and offers excellent accommodations. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding Pisotano and restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a private jacuzzi, which was delightful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, complete with an abundance of pillows. The bathroom offered a generously sized shower room with a full complement of amenities, and the water pressure was excellent. An ironing table was also provided. We reserved for 2 room, 1 for my kids. Unfortunately, my room faced another building, limiting the view to only a small portion from the corner. I had requested a partial sea view, so it's ok, but it required some effort to see it. The breakfast, however, was truly amazing, offering a beautiful view, fresh orange juice, and a fresh egg station, although the selection was somewhat limited. Overall, the food was quite enjoyable. The small gym was comfortable and maintained in a pristine condition. I particularly enjoyed the view from the fourth-floor reception area; it was truly amazing and never failed to impress. The view in the late evening, with the lights illuminating the town, is also quite amazing.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views and in a perfect location to have quick and easy access to the popular spots in Positano. Really wonderful staff who saw to our every need and who truly made our stay with how friendly and hospitable they were! We also enjoyed their breakfast and spa experiences. We had an excellent time there and could not recommend it enough :)

My wife and I decided to spend our honeymoon in Positano, and we stayed at Hotel Montemare. We only have amazing things to say about our stay! The customer experience: perhaps the best service we've ever received at a hotel. The staff are beyond accommodating, caring, and consistently check in with you to make sure your stay is going well. Upon check in, we were treated to a full tour of the property and restaurants, finishing with two complementary welcome drinks that were FANTASTIC. The property: the hotel is perfectly perched for the best views, we woke up each morning to the most gorgeous sunrise. We didn't get to visit the spa, but it looked so serene and beautiful. Dining: breakfast each morning was expertly prepared, with a wide array of delicious options that were slightly different each morning. Dinner at Il Capitano was one of our favorite meals of our trip. The food was incredible! Overall, this was a 10/10 experience and we would love to come back for another visit!
