The hotel was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful - particularly our friends at the front desk with all of our bags! It was lovely how a bottle was there for you to refill easily through your stay and the balcony and beautiful views from the rooftop pool were fantastic. Although it was so central no sounds from the street were heard in our room. We will definitely be back!
Great location, great hotel. Room was large and nice. I was on the second floor right above all the activity and it was still very very quiet, which was a plus. Rooftop has an excellent view of the city and the bar was very cool. Restaurant on the top floor was pretty solid as well. I ordered an in room massage which was fantastic - double check the invoice however, they charged me for a longer one. Quick email to the hotel and they fixed it, so no worries. Highly recommend!
I stayed at the hotel for about 4 days and it was a very happy stay. Honestly, the hotel is very clean and elegant in terms of design and furniture. The location is very excellent and close to most places. But I faced a problem with the air conditioning as I could not control it from the room, so I had to call the reception every time to raise or lower the temperature. The room cleaning service was not up to expectations.
