The room is very clean. Love the amenities that came with the room. Staff are very friendly. Hotel is located in a convenient and quiet area while is perfect. The masks given to us during check-in are awesome. It's a very nice and caring touch for travellers. Will stay again next time 😁
We had a queen room and it was a small size but enough for 2 people. Lots of amenities like single use hair brush, clips, razor, toothbrushes and coffee/tea. Had pyjamas to borrow that were comfortable and the room had good air conditioning and lighting. Lovely staff too :)
Couldn't fault it and it was the nicest hotel I stayed in during my visit to Japan. Everything you needed in the room and topped up during your stay. Pj's and slippers too! Front desk service was very nice. I arrived absolutely soaked, they gave me a towel at reception! And, gave me a free gift from a little basket. Really clean everywhere. Lift was never busy. Highly recommend! Easy access to everything and a very nice traditional restaurant opposite the 7/11.
