The stuff is really wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast could be improved in terms of more variability, nevertheless, is a place that I would go back for sure.
Location is absolutely amazing, in the heart of Braga and walking distance to everything. Cosy hotel with a nice atmosphere. Room was very nice with a comfy bed and great shower. Would have liked more details/art in the room but could not fault otherwise. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety, although the Nespresso coffee is not great. The staff were super friendly and always easily contactable. In short, very good value for money in terms of location and quality. Recommended!
The hotel's reservation system without my permission changed my reservation date for two days after the date I requested. Less than two minutes after I noticed the error in the reservation email, I called the hotel. The director "Vera" said it was non-refundable. I sent her a screenshot showing the date intended. I was not impressed with the aggressive attitude. I changed my mind about even visting the city.
