The front desk staff was amazing. They were so kind and helpful with the delay with our suitcases. They were helpful with transportation and advice about the areas to visit and to purchase the needed essentials. They were top and we could not expect more.
Location is great, as is the decor. We had a very negative check in experience- very slow (30 min) where there were a few issues. Desk agent was inflexible and not very friendly. So, terrible first impression for us. But experience improved from there as the bar staff was great and it’s a nice place to get a drink before dinner. AC in the room does not work well and it shuts off when you leave. So, it was hard to sleep the first night- room was 28 when we got home from dinner and took over an hour to get down to 25. Just slow for a modern remodel. Shower was the best we had this trip. Breakfast was excellent and again wait staff at that bar friendly and helpful.
A modern, comfortable, and friendly hotel in a prime location - we would definitely return as the location is unmatched! We stayed in a room with a balcony and, while it was quite small, it had everything we needed and was very clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be in the heart of the city!
