Nice friendly hotel & staff. Rooms large and kept topped up & cleaned daily. Animation team are very friendly & day activities we’re good loved the welcome dances Bar staff friendly restaurant staff nice & very efficient Needs some more entertainment in the evenings but overall stay has been great 🌹❤️. First I want to say how helpful and cheering was the staff, especially the outside bar workers. The receptionists are okay, but they speak kind of hard English. The food was good, acceptable. The rooms were cool, especially the bathrooms, but at a 5 stars hotel to not have Smart TVs? The water is clear, beautiful pools. Overall, this hotel is decent, but I wouldn’t have given it 5 stars if it was for me.

**Pool Area:** The pool area was absolutely amazing—spacious and well-maintained. The pool itself is large and very inviting, perfect for spending the entire day relaxing. The direct access to the beach is a fantastic feature, making it easy to enjoy both the pool and the sea. **Food:** Unfortunately, the food was the low point of our stay. The variety was quite limited, and the flavors were underwhelming. On our last day, we even chose to eat at a restaurant outside the hotel because we were not satisfied with the food quality. **Room:** The room was very nice, with plenty of space and a stunning view of the sea. Waking up to that view every morning was definitely a highlight of the trip. Despite the bad smell on bathroom on the first day and the fridge doesn’t work (probably because the energy is cutoff when the room is empty, disgusting) **Customer Service:** The customer service was disappointing. Most of the staff seemed uninterested and didn’t appear happy to be working. From check in to check out, (bar staff, restaurant, reception) all in bad mood. The only exception was Mustafa, the bartender by the pool, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. **Overall:** Despite some issues with the food and service, the hotel has an excellent location, and our stay was still enjoyable overall.
