Hotel Morgana, this hotel is very convenient for travel 2 blocks away from train and metro station to branch out to rest of Italy. From this location you can take the 10 minute metro to vatican and other attractions. The Hotel rooms are small but very comfortable. The reception was very welcoming. We arrive before check in but were accommodated in less than 20 minutes. The breakfast has good choices. Toby and Wendell are exceptional waiters. They are multi- lingual always greet you with a smile. The hotel staff help me book a tour of the Vatican museum. Thank you for making my stay memorable. Will definitely stay here next time. Our room and service was great. We had a great breakfast and amenities! would be a 5 star but I'm conflicted on location. On 1 half, it's so close to the terminal, on the other half, the neighborhood itself isn't great.

We stayed at Hotel Morgana in Rome and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Both rooms had serious plumbing issues — the sinks didn’t drain and the shower in one room would not turn off and began flooding. We called the front desk several times with no response for over 20 minutes. Maintenance arrived around midnight and couldn’t fix it, and we weren’t moved to new rooms until 4:00 a.m. This severely impacted our sleep and plans for the next day. Despite reporting everything clearly and requesting fair compensation, the front desk refused and claimed changing rooms was sufficient. For a “4-star hotel” (it does not look like a four star at all), this was extremely poor customer service and unprofessional. The location is good, but sadly that didn’t make up for the disruption or lack of accountability. Pictures below show the level of the damage that was in the hallways outside our room
