Beautiful decor, excellent location. Great looking bar at entrance. Lovely friendly staff. Very clean room with lovely touches like hair straightener and refillable water bottle. Rooms are small, but this is not a negative in my view and I was impressed with the efficient use of space. Late checkout 11am is a treat. If you are a light sleeper you may need earplugs as the air-conditioning and water pipes can be loud, however this is expected in an older renovated building.

A very good value new CBD boutique hotel. Rooms very well renovated and very comfortable with all the expected amenities. Service and food lost a couple stars for me. The bar staff and hotel staff seem to split duties so it took ages to get food and a drink. My lasagna was cold when it arrived and generally pretty bland. Amazing location to light rail, train and Central so would stay there again, but probably find dinner/drinks somewhere else.

Good stay, loved the location and the rooms. Good amenities and the pillow menu was perfect. Sofia at front desk is amazing - such great service and generally she is such a lovely person. I wish they did a small breakfast buffet as opposed to a la carte only, I didn’t think breakfast was worth what was being charged so I went elsewhere. I feel like this should’ve been made clearer upon booking.
