I recently stayed unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I expected. The condition of the room left much to be desired. There were areas where the paint was peeling, and the glasses provided were quite dirty. Additionally, I noticed that the laundry, particularly the towels, appeared to be very unclean, resembling pet towels rather than fresh linens. Never come back again

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel, and unfortunately, my experience this time was quite disappointing. Firstly, the room phone was not working. I had an early morning flight and urgently needed to contact the reception, but despite being able to hear me through the phone, no assistance was provided. Secondly, I had requested the night before for a packed breakfast, but when I asked again in the morning, the staff seemed unaware of the request. Eventually, I was handed a stale sandwich and two very poor-quality muffins, which was extremely disappointing. Additionally, I accidentally left my watch in the room and informed the staff to notify me if found. However, I have not received any call or update. I have been trying to contact the hotel at the provided numbers, but no one is answering. Lastly, the room had a serious mosquito problem, making the stay even more uncomfortable. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the service quality and guest experience.
