Hotel Mousai Cancun Adults Only All Inclusive

I’d like to tak a moment to highlight the incredible service we received from Blanca at the pool. She has been professional, kind and truly one of the most exceptional servers I’ve ever encountere. Blanca strikes the perfect balance between professional and warmth. She fun accommodating and has played a huge role in making this trip unforgettable for both me and my wife. We were also fortunate to have Blanca take care of us during our anniversary celebration. Her attention and thoughtful gestures made the occasion incredibly special. If anyone is heading up to the rooftop, I would wholeheartedly recommend asking for Blanca she goes above and beyond to create unique and memorable experiences Thanks for making this an amazing experience

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Mousai, the service was absolutely incredible. Every member of the staff—from the bell boys to the bartenders and housekeeping—went above and beyond to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. You can truly feel how much pride they take in creating a flawless experience. The food was to die for—every meal was memorable, but my favorite by far was the Sunday brunch on the beach. The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views and was the perfect place to relax with a drink in hand. Our room was stunning, especially the Jacuzzi on the balcony—pure luxury! The bed and bedding were next level. I was honestly sad to leave… I wish I could live here full-time. This was hands down one of the best trips I’ve ever had!

This was my wife and I first time in Cancun. It was definitely a memorable trip. From the moment we walked in, the staff was ready. They truly were 5 star/diamond level. We never had an issue with staff (except one item mentioned later). The hotel was ridiculously clean and just 5 star/diamond level. Our butler service (Alexa and Marcos) was out of this world. Regina (concierge) was extremely sweet and we always enjoyed our interaction with her. The room was amazing. The pools were great. The workout room was very clean and all the equipment needed. Did I say the service was great? Isla Mujeres is a must. And if you go, Isla Burgers is the best burger you’ll have. Now to the critiques:( the food was good, but I wouldn’t say 5 star/diamond for all the restaurants. Our favorite was Dao, the Chinese restaurant. The guac at Hotel Mousai was amazing. The only other critique is a big one. We booked through Amex Travel and I unfortunately didn’t see anywhere, while booking, that there was a “time-share” (equity sharing) program we’d have to go through (didn’t HAVE to, but pressured to). We signed up to be nice, the staff said we could cancel as it was not a requirement. When we tried to cancel the next day the staff member made us feel bad and we kept the appointment. Big mistake. They said it’d be less than 90 minutes. It was 2 hours. Very typical, high pressure time share sales. After the tour, there’s a sales room with people clapping when someone signs up and loud music. We were very disappointed we were even pressured to keep the appointment and the presentation definitely ruined our vibe for half the day. We were there for our anniversary, not a time share. Outside of that, it truly is an amazing place to stay. Thank you for a great stay.
