Hotel Mozart

We as a family stayed here for 2 nights. Dont get spooked by the bad reviews. We had a clean room that was great and modern. There was some sounds from the rooms/hall but not more than every other hotel. The staff was helpful and kind. Garage was 32 euro/day. Breakfast was good. Nothing super fancy but it was more than enough to start the day with a full stomach. Location of the hotel was superb. Close to a market and the metro and tram. Just outside was a playground for the children. City center was a 30 minutes walk away.

I stayed here last weekend. I was scared because of the bad reviews but ignore them. The location was perfect, the room was clean, it was small but perfect for the price I payed for. The staff was really nice and gave me the room early. The ac worked perfectly, there were a lot of options for breakfast, it was very complete and THERE IS TOILETTE PAPER in the bathroom. It was great thanks

We booked a room with balcony, and the description said toilet paper is included with every other accesory in a bathroom. Despite we got a room with street view, and no toilet paper at all. I believe, italian hygiene different from the others, but in the hotel there are tourists from all over the world. There no tpaper holder too. But the receptionist are kind, and the breakfast is good. There unsalty scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, tea, coffee, fruit juice, 5 kind of croissant, cakes, ham, cheese, fruits. On the table there two cups, and you can pour into jugs the coffee and the hot water. Upper neighbors were extremely loud, they rearranged the room with two crying children, both night.
