I would never recommend this hotel. It's like a children's hotel. I couldn't rest here because of the children's noise. The spa is okay. The food is okay. However, a foreign man working at the buffet was constantly harassing the worker girls. This was a rude and ugly situation. My family and daughters were disturbed.
Staff dont talk english, room cards doesnt work correctly, the food in RESTOURANT frozen didnt like at all
A resort hotel that provides unique experience. No in room door manual lock. No peephole. Lots of broken items, such as bathroom lock, reading light. Thermometer went missing from its case. Air conditioner wasn't allowed to be used but it was 20 degrees. Front and bar Staff was a bit unfriendly but waitress and restaurant manager were great and welcoming. Food was overcooked but it was not too bad. Last but not least, you may feel like you are the only one guest staying in such large area.
